参训教师对教师培训工作的新诉求与传统培训模式之间的矛盾日益凸显。本研究结合参训教师的具体培训需求与英语学科自身的特点,尝试构建“翻转”理念下本土的中小学英语教师培训新模式,以期突破教师培训发展瓶颈,提高教师培训有效性,推动英语教师专业化发展。
The contradiction between the new demands of teacher training on teacher training and the traditional training model has become increasingly prominent. Based on the specific training needs of trainee teachers and the characteristics of English subjects, this study attempts to build a new mode of local primary and secondary English teacher training under the concept of “flip”, in order to break the bottleneck of teacher training and improve the effectiveness of teacher training and promote English teacher professional development.
