以六氯环三膦腈和4,4’-二羟基二苯砜为原料合成聚膦腈纳米管(PZSNT),然后与顺磁性金属离子(Mn~(2+)、Fe~(2+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+))配位制备出纳米管磁共振成像对比剂。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对PZSNT及其产物进行结构表征;用原子吸收光谱法(AAS)检测PZSNT对金属离子的吸附洗脱性能,选用5%醋酸溶液对其进行洗脱,检测结果表明PZSNT对Mn~(2+)吸附效果最好;同时还用紫外可见吸收光谱技术研究了PZSNT与金属离子的相互作用。
Polyphosphazene nanotubes (PZSNT) were synthesized from hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and 4,4’-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone and then reacted with paramagnetic metal ions (Mn 2+, Fe 2+) , Co ~ (2 +), Ni ~ (2+)) to prepare nanotube magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent. The structure and properties of PZSNT and its products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The adsorption and desorption properties of PZSNT for metal ions were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The results showed that PZSNT The adsorption of Mn 2+ was the best, and the interaction between PZSNT and metal ions was also studied by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy.
