实验所用的晶体沿〈100〉解理。~(60)Coγ辐照剂量分别为5×10~4rad、5×10~5rad、1×10~6rad、5×10~6rad、1×10~7rad。吸收光谱测量使用岛津UV-360型光谱仪。为计算色心密度,全部测量均设置于同一吸收档。正电子寿命谱测量使用快-慢符合正电子寿命谱仪。谱仪的双高斯分辨函数的参数为:半高宽度W_1=(0.35±0.02)ns,W_2=(0.46±0.04)ns,相对强度I_1=(68.7±1.0)%,I_2=(31.3±1.0)%,中心相对位移为(0.061±0.002)ns。正电子源为10μCi的~(22)Na,每个谱总计数不少于9×10~5,环境温度T=23.5±0.5℃。数据处理采用positronfit程序在B—1955计算机上进行。
The crystals used in the experiment were cleaved along <100>. The irradiation doses of ~ (60) Coγ were 5 × 10 ~ 4rad, 5 × 10 ~ 5rad, 1 × 10 ~ 6rad, 5 × 10 ~ 6rad, 1 × 10 ~ 7rad respectively. Absorption spectrum measurement Shimazu UV-360 spectrometer was used. To calculate the color center density, all measurements are set in the same absorption file. Positron lifetime spectroscopy uses a fast-slow positron lifetime spectrometer. The parameters of the double Gaussian resolution function of the spectrometer are as follows: W_1 = (0.35 ± 0.02) ns, W_2 = (0.46 ± 0.04) ns, relative intensity I_1 = (68.7 ± 1.0)%, I_2 = (31.3 ± 1.0) %, The center relative displacement is (0.061 ± 0.002) ns. The positron source is ~ (22) Na with 10μCi, and the total count of each spectrum is no less than 9 × 10 ~ 5. The ambient temperature is T = 23.5 ± 0.5 ℃. Data processing using positronfit program on the B-1955 computer.
