目的:介绍美国BISCO公司Tescera间接树脂修复系统——一种在有水的情况下,并结合压力、光、热进行操作的新的间接树脂充填系统,并应用于临床。方法:对15例牙体缺损病人采用Tescera间接树脂修复系统进行嵌体修复,并进行3个月的临床随访观察。结果:修复3个月后,按7项指标进行评估,15例Tescera树脂嵌体表现出卓越的美观效果,所有7项指标均达到理想,病人满意。结论:Tescera ATL修复系统制作的嵌体美观,材料的物理性能大大改善,修复体寿命得以延长。有进一步推广应用和研究的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce the BethCO Tescera indirect resin restoration system - a new indirect resin filling system operated in combination with pressure, light and heat in the presence of water and to be used clinically. Methods: Twenty-five cases of dental defects were treated with Tescera indirect resin repair system for inlay repair and 3 months clinical follow-up. Results: After three months of repair, seven of the indicators were used for evaluation. Tescera resin inlays showed excellent aesthetic appearance in all 15 cases, and all seven indicators were satisfactory and patients satisfied. Conclusion: Tescera ATL repair system produces aesthetically pleasing inlays with greatly improved physical properties of the material and longer prosthesis life. There is further promotion and application of the value of research.
