以李树品种“绥李3号”花芽为试材,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对其花芽萌发过程中内源激素含量变化情况进行了测定。结果表明:吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素(ZT)含量总体呈上升趋势,表明“绥李3号”花芽在萌发过程中对IAA、ZT的需求量逐渐增加。但在4月28日ZT出现低谷时,IAA则出现峰顶,5月5日ZT出现跃升时,IAA则出现低谷,二者变化正好相反。花芽萌发过程中脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)含量呈下降趋势,ABA的下降幅度较大,而GA虽然下降,但一直保持在较高水平,明显高于其它几种激素,表明“绥李3号”花芽在萌发过程中需要高浓度的GA支持。
The flower buds of Li Shu variety “Sui Li 3 ” were used as materials to determine the changes of endogenous hormones during flower bud germination by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the content of IAA and ZT increased gradually, indicating that the demand for IAA and ZT increased gradually during the germination of “Sui Li 3 ”. However, at the downturn of ZT on April 28, the IAA peaked. On May 5, when the ZT jumped, the IAA showed a downtrend, and the two changed just the opposite. The content of abscisic acid (ABA) and gibberellin (GA) in flower buds descended while the decrease of ABA was larger, while GA decreased at a high level, which was obviously higher than that of other hormones “Sui Li 3 ” flower buds require high concentrations of GA support during germination.
