一、引言 早先的X波段雷达发射机,多采用磁控管,振荡式工作,其频率应变能力差,抗干扰性能不好。近期逐渐发展起来的主振放大式雷达,能在较宽的频带内,实现频率的捷变,抗干扰能力好,成为雷达的研究重点。 本文所述的主振放大式雷达发射机,主振讯号功率较小。末级输出讯号功率较大,中间需加接几种频率范围的功率放大器。对它们的要求是:工作频率在7~12GHz,带宽B在1GHz以上,增益G_p大于或等于7dB,输出功率P。≥50和150mW。
