针对国内部分民用飞机环控系统散热器在工作中存在飞行阶段振动过大、风量调节装置自锁失效等问题。本设计以散热器为设计对象,并以其核心部件制动推杆为研究对象,基于ANSYS环境建立有限元耦合模型,应用LANCZOS算法进行固有特性数字模拟分析,计算前10阶固有频率,并输出位移云图。
In view of the problems that some domestic civil aircraft air-conditioning system radiators have excessive vibration in the flight phase and self-locking failure of the air volume adjusting device during the work. The design of the radiator to the design object, and its core components brake push rod for the study object, based on ANSYS environment to establish a finite element coupled model, the application of LANCZOS inherent characteristics of digital simulation analysis, calculation of the first 10 natural frequencies and output Displacement cloud image.
