目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合注射用内给氧对晚期肿瘤微量元素的影响,分析其辅助治疗价值。方法选择晚期肿瘤患者116例,随机分为实验组58例和对照组58例,在常规化疗治疗的基础上,实验组给予参芪扶正注射液250 mL缓慢静脉滴注(时间不少于60 min),注射用内给氧1 g加入100 g/L葡萄糖500 mL缓慢静脉滴注(时间不少于60 min);对照组给予维生素C 3 g加入葡萄糖液100 g/L 500 mL缓慢静脉点滴。比较2组血中微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn的浓度和Cu/Zn比值变化。结果治疗后,实验组血清中微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn的浓度明显升高(P均<0.05),Cu/Zn比值明显降低(P<0.05);对照组Fe、Cu、Zn的浓度和Cu/Zn比值在治疗前后比较无统计学意义(P均>0.05);2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液和注射用内给氧辅助治疗晚期肿瘤,可以改善肿瘤患者体内微量元素水平,减轻化疗毒副作用,有实际应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with intravenous injection of oxygen on the late-stage tumor microelements, and to analyze the value of adjuvant therapy. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into experimental group (58 cases) and control group (58 cases). Results After treatment, the concentrations of trace elements Fe, Cu and Zn in serum of experimental group were significantly increased (P <0.05) and the ratio of Cu / Zn was significantly decreased (P <0.05) / Zn ratio before and after treatment was not statistically significant (P all> 0.05); The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P all <0.05). Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection and intra-arterial injection of oxygen for adjuvant treatment of advanced tumors can improve the level of trace elements in patients with cancer and reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy, which has practical value.
