目的 :分析近视散光准分子激光角膜切削术 ( PARK)后角膜地形图形态变化及与视力关系 ,探讨 PARK治疗的有效性。方法 :应用计算机辅助的角膜地形图分析系统对2 1 4例 ( 345眼 )近视散光准分子激光角膜切削术后角膜地形图形态变化进行分析。结果 :PARK术后 ,角膜地形图 Simk差值有显著性改变 ,角膜地形图形态主要表现为 :圆形及椭圆形 (规则形 )、哑铃形、半环形及中央小岛形 (不规则形 ) ,各型随时间及用药而改变 ,形态与最佳视力有着一定关系。结论 :PARK对近视散光治疗是有效的。术后角膜地形图变化的连续检测有助于角膜表面形态的评价、合理调整用药对疗效预测有积极的临床意义
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the morphological changes of corneal topography and its relationship with visual acuity after myopic astigmatism excimer laser corneal cutting (PARK), and to explore the effectiveness of PARK treatment. Methods: The computer-assisted corneal topography analysis system was used to analyze the morphological changes of corneal topography in 214 cases (345 eyes) of myopic astigmatism after excimer laser photocoagulation. Results: There was a significant difference in the Simk difference between corneal topography and PARK after corneal topography. The morphological changes of corneal topography were mainly round and oval (regular), dumbbell, semi-circular and central islet (irregular) , Various types change with time and medication, the shape and the best vision has a certain relationship. Conclusion: PARK is effective in myopic astigmatism. Continuous detection of postoperative corneal topography changes contribute to the evaluation of corneal surface morphology, rational adjustment of the drug has a positive clinical significance of the prediction of the effect
