国际安全社区的概念是世界卫生组织(WHO)提出的,旨在持续改善安全环境,实现安全健康的目标。近几年,创建国际安全社区在全国得到推广,在维护社会安全稳定、提高人民生活质量、加强公共安全体系建设等方面发挥着积极作用。本文以北京市东城区为例,调研国际安全社区建设面临的问题,并提出加强安全社区建设的对策。 The concept of international security community is proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO) to continuously improve the safety environment and achieve safety and health goals. In recent years, the establishment of an international community of safeguards has been promoted across the country, playing an active role in maintaining social security and stability, improving the quality of people’s life, and strengthening public security. This article takes Dongcheng District of Beijing as an example to study the problems that the international security community faces, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the security community.
