流行病学调查发现,日本绿茶产区静冈县中西部居民普遍饮用绿茶,该地区居民肿瘤死亡率,尤以胃癌明显低于日本全国平均水平.为了观察当地绿茶有无抑制肿瘤发生的作用。本研究采用静冈县新鲜茶叶,采摘后立即冷藏保存,用热水浸提,冷冻干燥制成粉状,产量为鲜茶的25%左右.实验动物用津白2号小鼠,雌性,20g左右.实验组先灌喂绿茶水提物(GTW)一周,每日一次,剂量为5mg/只,共6次.
Epidemiological surveys have found that green tea is commonly consumed in residents of the central and western parts of the Shizuoka prefecture in the Japanese green tea region. Mortality rates among residents in the area, especially gastric cancer, are significantly lower than the national average in Japan. In order to observe whether the local green tea suppresses tumorigenesis. In this study, fresh tea leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture were used. The tea was immediately refrigerated after picking, leached with hot water, and freeze-dried to give a powder. The yield was about 25% of that of fresh tea. The experimental animals used Jinbai No. 2 mice, female, 20 g Left and right. The experimental group was first fed with green tea water extract (GTW) once a week, once daily, at a dose of 5 mg/only for 6 times.
