砂桩、碎石桩、粉喷桩等是常见的软弱地基处治方法,对于承载要求较高的结构物地基,桩土复合地基承载能力往往达不到设计要求,因此,如何提高复合地基承载力,尤其是桩间土体的承载力,就是解决这类问题的关键所在。文章结合新郑高速公路软弱地基处治工程,通过对压密注浆机理以及桩间土承载特性的研究,提出桩间压密注浆方法对承载要求较高的结构物地基进行处治,工程检测表明,该方法能够很好地解决桩土复合地基承载能力不足的问题,处治后的地基能够完全满足结构物地基的承载要求。
Sand pile, gravel pile and DJM pile are the common treatment methods for soft foundation. For the foundation with high bearing capacity, the bearing capacity of pile-soil composite foundation often can not meet the design requirements. Therefore, how to improve the bearing capacity of composite foundation , Especially the bearing capacity of soil between piles, is the key to solve these problems. Based on the study of compaction grouting mechanism and bearing capacity of soil between piles, the paper puts forward the method of compaction grouting between piles to treat the foundation with high bearing capacity. The engineering inspection shows that, The method can well solve the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of pile-soil composite foundation. The treated foundation can fully meet the bearing requirements of the structure foundation.
