本文根据对38CrMoAl钢采用氮氢混合气进行离子渗氮处理的试验结果,讨论了获得具有γ’单相化合物及无化合物纯扩散层的渗氮层时,气源中的临界含氮范围,探讨了影响渗层质量的因素,测定了渗氮层的残余应力分布状态、脆性以及弯曲疲劳性能。试验结果表明:气源中含氮量低于12%是获得韧性高、硬化效果好的高韧性渗氮层的重要条件。
