为了便捷、准确地实现给水在回热加热器中的焓升分配优化,构建了基于粒子群优化(PSO)算法的汽轮机组给水回热分配通用计算模型,对基于进化状态的自适应粒子群算法中的聚集度描述进行了改进,并应用改进算法对某1 000MW汽轮机组给水回热分配进行优化计算.结果表明:改进算法具有良好的收敛能力和求解精度,优化后的机组循环热效率比原设计值相对提高了0.23%;该方法简捷、易实现且通用性强.
In order to conveniently and accurately optimize the enthalpy distribution of feed water in regenerative heaters, a general computational model of feedwater recirculation distribution based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm was constructed. Based on evolutionary state adaptive particle swarm optimization And the improved algorithm was used to optimize the feedwater recirculation distribution in a 1 000MW steam turbine unit.The results show that the improved algorithm has good convergence ability and solving precision.The optimized thermal cycle of the unit is better than that of the original design The value of relative increase of 0.23%; The method is simple, easy to implement and versatility.
