本文报道了框鳞镜鲤♀与青鱼♂亚科间杂交杂种F1的产孵过程及网箱、池塘培育获苗情况。2004年6月5日和8日进行了框鳞镜鲤♀与青鱼♂亚科间杂交。第一次试验用雌鱼1尾,雄鱼1尾,共获受精卵18.9万粒,用小网箱孵化的受精率为96%,孵化率46.7%,其中畸形率占51.65%,出苗约10万尾。第二次试验用雌鱼20尾,雄鱼4尾,共获受精卵860万粒,用环道孵化,受精率92.3%,孵化率56.1%,其中畸形率52.14%,出苗约348万尾 第一次孵出的仔鱼网箱培育,经3次分箱,培育成43日龄幼鱼912尾,第二次试验用池塘培育育成43日龄幼鱼12800尾。
In this paper, we report the hatching process of hybrid F1 hybrids between the frame scales carp and carp and the cages and ponds to obtain the seedlings.
