1985～1994年泰兴市共收治单纯性晚期血吸虫病肝纤维化合并肝癌11例，现报告如下。1一般资料11例中，男性9人，女性2人。年龄46～74岁。居住血吸虫病重流行区8例，轻流行区3例。血吸虫病病原诊断依据为：粪检用性7人，直肠镜检查虫卵阳性2人，环卵试验阳性2人（环沉率＞5％）。
From 1985 to 1994, a total of 11 cases of simple advanced schistosomiasis with liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma were treated in Taixing City. The report is as follows. 1 General Information 11 cases, 9 males and 2 females. Age 46 ~ 74 years old. Living schistosomiasis in 8 cases of endemic areas, 3 cases of light endemic areas. The diagnosis of schistosomiasis was based on the following: fecal seizure of 7 people, proctoscopy 2 eggs, 2 eggs of the ring egg test (ring deposition rate> 5%).
