通过大量室内试验,评价了微表处用改性乳化沥青延度、针入度及弹性恢复等中低温指标与路用性能关系。结果表明,乳化剂对延度质量影响较小,温度变化、改性剂种类和乳化剂种类对改性乳化沥青延度值的影响远小于基质沥青本身延展性对改性乳化沥青延度值的影响;5℃延度与弯曲变形量的相关系数均大于7℃延度与弯曲变形量的相关系数,低温延度试验温度采用5℃更适宜;弹性恢复随着改性剂剂量的增加而增大,而针入度随着改性剂剂量的增加而不断下降,但同一改性剂对改善不同基质沥青的弹性恢复与针入度均有所不同;针入度和弹性恢复不仅分别与宽度变形率都存在单因素很好的线性相关性,而且针入度和弹性恢复双因素与宽度变形率之间也存在良好的线性关系。
