研究了电场对Sn2.5Ag0.7Cu0.1RE/Cu钎焊接头界面区近钎缝侧的组织与性能的影响。试验表明:超声振动和电场共同作用的新钎焊工艺对Sn2.5Ag0.7Cu0.1RE/Cu钎焊接头剪切强度有较大影响,随着电场强度的增加,钎焊接头剪切强度先增加后下降。当电场强度为2 kV/cm、电场作用时间为60 s时,钎焊接头剪切强度达到28.7 MPa的最大值,能形成较薄且平整的界面区。
The effect of electric field on the microstructure and properties near the brazing seam of Sn2.5Ag0.7Cu0.1RE / Cu brazed joints was studied. The experimental results show that the new brazing process with ultrasonic vibration and electric field has a great influence on the shear strength of Sn2.5Ag0.7Cu0.1RE / Cu brazed joints. With the increase of electric field strength, the shear strength of brazed joints first increases After falling. When the electric field intensity is 2 kV / cm and the electric field action time is 60 s, the shear strength of the brazed joint reaches the maximum value of 28.7 MPa, and the thin and flat interface area can be formed.
