为了解鄱阳街小学的学生积极学习和教师形象的状况,并探讨二者的关系,笔者采用自编工具《小学生积极学习状况调查问卷》和《小学生教师形象调查问卷》对鄱阳街小学1077名学生(1~6年级)和67名教师进行调查分析。结果表明:该校学生积极学习状况良好,尚有提升空间;该校教师校园形象良好,情绪形象需要提升,教师的专业形象、情绪形象、人际形象对学生积极学习具有正向影响作用。一、问题的提出
In order to understand the situation of Poyang Street Primary School’s active learning and teacher’s image and explore the relationship between the two, I used the self-made tools “Primary School Students Active Learning Status Questionnaire” and “Primary School Teacher Image Questionnaire” to survey 1077 students in Poyang Street Primary School (Grades 1-6) and 67 teachers.
