Wind load is one of the main loads of the building structure. China’s current “Code for the Loading of Industrial and Civil Buildings” (TJ9-74) stipulates that the wind load W acting on the surface of a building can be determined from the wind pressure according to the following formula: W=k·k_z·W_(0k) (1) Among them, k is the coefficient of the wind load body shape, k: the coefficient of wind pressure height change, and W_ (0k) is the basic wind pressure specified by the specification (unit: kg/m~2). The wind pressure acting on the building can be divided into two categories: stable wind pressure and fluctuating wind pressure. The stable wind pressure means that the speed, direction and other physical quantities of the building during a given time interval can be regarded as wind pressure that does not change with time; otherwise, it is fluctuating wind pressure. Stable wind pressure causes static work
