为研究舌癌细胞系Ｔｃａ８１１３以及该细胞系在裸鼠体内脑转移细胞亚系（Ｔｂ）药物敏感性，采用四唑盐比色法（ＭＴＴ法）检测了１５种药物对Ｔｃａ８１１３和Ｔｂ的抑制作用。结果表明Ｔｂ对其中的１０种药物敏感性低于Ｔｃａ８１１３，提示：舌癌转移细胞可能有一定程度的耐药性。
In order to study the tongue cancer cell line Tca8113 and the cell line metastatic cell sublineage (Tb) in nude mice, the inhibitory effects of 15 drugs on Tca8113 and Tb were tested by MTT assay . The results show that Tb is less sensitive to 10 of these drugs than Tca8113, suggesting that tongue cancer metastases may have some degree of resistance.
