为评价志愿者在单独使用氨苄青霉素和硫苯咪唑青霉素(Mezlocillin)或其分别与青霉烷砜(Sulbactam)一起使用时对临床常见的24株β-内酰胺酶产生菌的血清抑菌和杀菌活性,以10名健康志愿者进行试验,共分两组,连续给药三天,第一组为氨苄青霉素3g;青霉烷砜1g;氨苄青霉素3g+青霉烷砜1g.第二组为硫苯咪唑青霉素3g;青霉烷砜1g;硫苯咪唑青霉素3g+青霉烷砜1g,均以静脉给药.所试细菌包括3株金黄色葡萄球菌、3株大肠杆菌,4株肺炎杆菌,2株吲哚阳性变形杆菌,4株绿脓杆菌,5株
