青岛依海而立,因海发展,很早便奠定了其海上贸易的历史地位,是中国古代海上丝绸之路的重要港口之一。唐宋时期,位于胶州湾西北岸的密州板桥镇是青岛海上贸易的重要节点,真正地将青岛地区与朝鲜半岛、日本列岛以及更南端的东南亚地区联系起来,以其独特的交通枢纽优势,一度成为中国对外友好往来、商运贸易、文化交流的江北惟一大港。经过近千年的积淀,元、明、清时期的塔埠头港仍然是山东半岛乃至中国东部沿海地区的商贸货物集散地。因此,青岛在海上丝绸之路的发展历程中占有重要地位。
Because of its development by sea, Qingdao has long established its historical position in maritime trade and is one of the important ports in China’s ancient maritime Silk Road. During the Tang and Song dynasties, Banqiao Town of Mizhou in the northwest bank of Jiaozhou Bay was an important node in the maritime trade of Qingdao. It truly linked the Qingdao region with the South Korean region of the Korean peninsula, the Japanese archipelago and the southern end. With its unique transportation hub superiority Was once the only big port in northern Jiangxi that was China’s friendly foreign exchange, commercial trade and cultural exchange. After nearly a thousand years of accumulation, the port port of Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties remains the distribution center for commerce and trade goods in Shandong Peninsula and even in the eastern coastal areas of China. Therefore, Qingdao plays an important role in the development of Maritime Silk Road.
