通过对生产实践的需求进行分析 ,说明了多参数电阻点缝焊控制系统研制的必要性。介绍了以 89C5 1单片机为核心 ,用串行E2 PROM保持控制变量 ,DC—DC开关稳压元件提供电源的控制系统设计方案。讨化了以触摸式薄膜按键、八段显示器和发光二极管指示灯构成的综合式操作显示面板最佳布局设计。所研制的控制器结构简单 ,功能全面 ,已服务于洪都无线电厂焊装生产线
Through the analysis of the demand of production practice, the necessity of developing multi-parameter resistance point seam welding control system is illustrated. The design of the control system with 89C51 MCU as the core, serial E2 PROM control variable and DC-DC switching regulator to supply power is introduced. To discuss the touch-type membrane keys, eight-segment displays and LED lights constitute the best integrated operational display panel layout design. Developed by the controller structure is simple, full-featured, has served in Hongdu radio factory welding production line
