学校管理要以人为本,这是由学校管理的特殊性决定的。学校的根本任务是培养人才,即教职工在学校管理者的管理下开展教育和培养学生的活动,所涉及到的三个方面是:学校管理者——教职工——学生,是由三个“人”构成的管理系统。所以,学校管理归根到底是对“人”的管理。作为一名学校管理者,要不断总结和吸收先进的教育教学和管理的理念,这里,我想从教育教学和管理的理念发展及实践借鉴两方面谈一谈自己的想法。一、形成更先进性的教育教学、管理理念 School management should be people-oriented, which is determined by the particularity of school management.
