本文采用薄层-紫外分光光度法,测定了戊已丸中盐酸小檗碱、巴马亭和芍药甙的含量。在硅胶GF_(245)板上,用正丁醇:水:冰乙酸(70:15:15)混合溶剂为展开剂,分离良好。分别刮取斑点,用其乙醇提取液在265 nm处分别测定盐酸小檗碱和巴马亭含量。芍药甙可将其与硫酸、变色酸反应后,在570 nm处进行定量测定。测定结果准确,可用于工厂质量控制。
In this paper, the content of berberine hydrochloride, palmatine, and paeoniflorin in Wuchang Pills was determined by thin layer-ultraviolet spectrophotometry. On the silica gel GF_(245) plate, a mixed solvent of n-butanol:water:glacial acetic acid (70:15:15) was used as a developing agent and the separation was good. The spots were scraped off and the content of berberine and palmatine hydrochloride was measured at 265 nm with its ethanol extract. The peoniflorin can react with sulfuric acid and chromotropic acid and quantitatively measure it at 570 nm. Accurate measurement results can be used for factory quality control.
