以硝酸锌和硝酸铝为原料,以CTAB为表面活性剂,通过水热法成功制备了尖晶石型ZnAl_2O_4纳米晶。并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)、X射线能量色散分析谱仪(XEDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)等测试技术对样品的晶体结构、化学成分、形貌和光学性能进行表征。实验结果表明:本方法所制备的ZnAl_2O_4为单相的尖晶石结构,晶化程度良好,晶格点阵发生了膨胀;样品形貌为颗粒状结构,颗粒尺寸在20 nm左右,颗粒形状规则且大小均匀,分散性较好。ZnAl_2O_4纳米晶具有较强的紫外吸收能力,UV-vis光谱发现样品的光学带隙减小,可能是由纳米颗粒的表面效应引起的。
Spinel ZnAl 2 O 4 nanocrystals were successfully prepared by hydrothermal method using zinc nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials and CTAB as surfactant. XRD, XRD, FESEM, HRTEM and SAED, XRD and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy FTIR and UV-vis were used to characterize the crystal structure, chemical composition, morphology and optical properties of the samples. The experimental results show that ZnAl 2 O 4 prepared by this method is a single-phase spinel structure with a good degree of crystallization and lattice lattice expansion. The morphology of the sample is a granular structure with a particle size of about 20 nm and a regular particle shape And uniform size, better dispersion. ZnAl_2O_4 nanocrystals have strong ultraviolet absorption ability. The UV-vis spectrum shows that the optical band gap decreases, which may be caused by the surface effect of nanoparticles.
