“虽有佳肴,弗食不知其旨也;虽有至道,弗食不知其善也。是故学然后知不足,教然后知困。知不足,然后能自反也;知困,然后能自强也。故曰教学相长也。”这是《礼记·学记》中对教学关系论述的一段话,文中指出教与学是教学相长的关系。现在读两千多年前古人对教学关系的真知灼见,简直是赞叹不已!越读越觉意义深刻,越思越觉含义深远,韵味悠长。与现代教学理论相对照结合,我们不难体会到它有着更深的寓意和新意。
