目的观察三氯苯达唑、吡喹酮对斯氏狸殖吸虫作用后的超微结构改变。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分成三氯苯达唑治疗组、吡喹酮治疗组和对照组,分别用斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经腹腔注射感染。于感染后60 d,两治疗组粪检阳性鼠分别给予三氯苯达唑和吡喹酮治疗,对照组不作治疗。用药后第3 d剖杀各组大鼠,检获虫体,作透射电镜观察。结果三氯苯达唑治疗组的虫体皮层消失,基质膜受破坏,肌肉层坏死;吡喹酮治疗组虫体皮层外质膜及基质层消失,肌层存在但较紊乱;对照组虫体体壁结构完整。结论三氯苯达唑和吡喹酮对斯氏狸殖吸虫体壁均有损伤作用,以三氯苯达唑所致的虫体损伤程度更严重。
OBJECTIVE To observe the ultrastructural changes of trichlorendazole and praziquantel against the genus Clostridium spp. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into tridobanilazole treatment group, praziquantel treatment group and control group, which were infected with metacercaria of T. reesei by intraperitoneal injection respectively. On the 60th day after infection, the mice in the two treatment groups were treated with triclabendazole and praziquantel, respectively, while those in the control group were not treated. On the 3rd day after administration, the rats in each group were killed and the parasites were harvested for transmission electron microscopy. Results Trichostrobin treatment group disappeared coccidiosis, stromal membrane destruction, muscle necrosis; praziquantel treatment group of parasitic cortex extracellular matrix and stromal layer disappear, but the presence of muscle layer disorder; control group of parasites Body wall structure is complete. Conclusion Both triclabendazole and praziquantel have a damaging effect on the body wall of T. gondii, and the damage caused by triclabendazole is more serious.
