话语即权力,话语在社会中受到各种权力关系的控制。在教学活动中,教师的话语权力会干扰教学对话的进行,影响言说的平等和真实。倾听教育致力于打破文化定势和心灵桎梏,重塑教育精神与现代人格。“倾听教育”视野下的教学活动是一种基于倾听的有效对话与合作共生。实施倾听教育,教师应通过尊重学生获得学生信任,与学生共同确立课堂上倾听并尊重他人发言的民主对话原则。“循环式”讨论能够很好地克服发言顺序对言说者话语权力与角色心理的不利影响。
Discourse is power, and discourse is controlled by various power relations in society. In teaching activities, teachers’ discourse power will interfere with the teaching dialogue and affect the equality and truth of speech. Listening to education is committed to breaking the cultural stereotypes and minds, reshaping the spirit of education and modern personality. Teaching activities under the vision of “listening to education” is an effective dialogue and cooperation symbiosis based on listening. To implement listening education, teachers should establish the principle of democratic dialogue in the classroom by respecting the students ’confidence in students and with students in listening and respecting others’ speech in class. “Circulation ” discussion can well overcome the negative influence of speaking order on speaker’s discourse power and role psychology.
