采用不同工艺对建筑智能隔震用Ti-50Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Y形状记忆合金进行热处理,对试样的显微组织、残余应变进行了分析。结果表明,Ti-50Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Y形状记忆合金的优选热处理工艺为分级退火、分级淬火和回火。
The Ti-50Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Y shape memory alloy for intelligent seismic isolation of buildings was heat-treated by different techniques, and the microstructure and residual strain of the specimens were analyzed. The results show that the preferred heat treatment process for Ti-50Ni-0.5Cr-0.5Y shape memory alloy is fractional annealing, fractional quenching and tempering.
