氧化铒中14个稀土杂质的光谱测定,国内外报导较少,文献测定了14个稀土杂质,但测定下限差,文献仅作了相邻5个稀土元素,本文在空气中摄谱,对电极形状等方面进行了研究,最后确定的方法可满足稀土杂质总量在0.03725%以上产品分析的要求。实验 (一)条件的选择 1.电极形状的选择:为使点弧稳定,避免试样喷溅,上电极采用直径2毫米的圆锥截面。对下电极的不同深度和内径进行了试验,结果列于表1。由表1可见,内径相同的电极,孔越深,孔底温度越低,试样的蒸发速度越慢;而孔深
