企业的发展关键在于企业的人力资源,而专业技术人才是其中的核心资源,专业技术人才的素质是企业发展的关键所在。在专业技术人才的整体素质结构中,心理健康素质尤为重要,它直接影响个人绩效,关系组织绩效,影响企业的竞争实力。然而,目前企业专业技术人才的心理健康状况不容乐观。为此,研究企业专业技术人才的心理健康状况,对其进行心理养护,无论对其本人的发展还是企业的前途,都具有十分重要的意义。本文在分析专业技术人才的心理问题及其影响因素的基础上,提出了系统而有针对性的心理养护措施,旨在为专业技术人才个体生命质量的提升和企业发展,为有关部门制定相应的政策与管理方案提供依据。
