师资队伍素质的高低,直接关系到人才培养的质量,关系到一所学校、一个地区乃至一个国家能否可持续发展。然而,当我们把目光聚焦在中国广袤的农村会发现:农村偏远地区办学条件严重滞后,教育经费投入以严重不足,农村教师的处境异常艰辛。这种艰辛导致了农村教师向城区的单向流失,严重制约着农村偏远地区教育的发展。
The level of the quality of teachers is directly related to the quality of personnel training, related to a school, a region and even a country can sustainable development. However, when we look at the vast rural areas in China, we find that the conditions for running schools in remote rural areas are seriously lagging behind, and the funding for education is seriously inadequate. The situation of rural teachers is extremely difficult. This hardship has led to one-way loss of rural teachers to urban areas, seriously restricting the development of rural education in remote areas.
