当前,无论是基础教育,还是职业教学,语音教学的一大弊端,便是其受本国语和方言的干扰,影响教学质量和效果。为了加快语音教学成功步伐,“选择法”值得尝试。“选择法”历史最短,从其观点出发,产生于70年代初的交际法一度被视为最好,因其有两个特点,情景的呈现与结构的实践,实践证明交际法并非尽善尽美,缺少语法的实践性。而“选择法”可博采众法“精华”,有其充分的灵活性,多样性,可使语音教学有趣味、有意义、有启迪、有竞争,迎合教学有法而无定法
