去年年初,中原油田采油六厂井下作业公司作业七队曾因兼并了作业一队而受到勘探局局长刘锦信同志的赞赏,继而又被《中原石油报》等新闻媒体传播而名闻百里油区.一年过去了,作业七队现状如何,笔者在有关部门的统计表中找到了一串沉甸甸的数字:去年1至11月份七队共在90口井上作业,完成工作量400个井次,创产值415万元.在全公司名列榜首.取得这些成绩谈何容易!1995年年初,中原油田改革的大气候不但给作业七队送来了发展的希望,而且也送来了创业的压力.摆在职工面前的有四个变化.一是工作地位变副了.过去作业队、采油队处于采油矿同一体中,如同两个孪生兄弟.作业队干得好坏,采油队不便撕破面皮多指责,奖金少了,矿上也会给以照顾.改革后,由于全局实行了专业化管理,作业从采油的母体中分离出来,采油队成了甲方,哪口井需要作业、什么时间需要作业、作业质量如何、付给多少作业费用等等,完全由采油队说了算.二是工作量变小了.以前,采油六厂每年的作业工作量大体在500多个井次.去年,根据全局降低成本、减少投资、提高效益这一态势,厂里计划压缩三分之一作业工作量,这样就有一些作业队面临着无活儿干的局面.无活儿干就等于没饭吃,长期下去,甚至危及到一个单位的生存地位.三是工作的范围变大了.过去作业队在采油 At the beginning of last year, Zhongyuan Oilfield Sixth Oilfield Underground Operations Company Operations Group Seven was admired by Commander Liu Jinxin of the Exploration Bureau due to the merger of the first operation team and was later rewarded by the Central Plains Petroleum Newspaper and other news media.
