文化馆作为以专业技术为社会提供公共文化服务的文化事业单位,当前普遍面临着人才年龄结构偏大、人才断层、高级人才队伍结构老化等问题,如不采取相应对策,必将逐渐难以适应公共文化事业的发展。在文中主要就如何创新文化馆人才队伍建设思路提出几点建议,以期能够有效改进文化馆人才队伍建设现状。
