1.缘起与组建鉴于我市中学生物学骨干教师老化的现状,亟需一批年富力强的教学带头人尽快成熟以作为接替。从另一角度考虑,也确有一批素质很好,且具有培养前途的青年教师。为此,生物教研室决定举办青年教师研究班,并向各区县征集推荐名单。当时,规定了四条推荐条件:(1)热爱教育事业;(2)大学生物系本科毕业;(3)年龄在30岁以下;(4)具有培养前途。共推荐76名。我们于1984—1985学年度的第一学期,对76名被推荐的青年教师逐个听课考核,以决定取舍。最后录取30名青年教师作为青年班的学员,于1984—1985学年度的第二学期开始了有计
1. Origin and formation Given the current situation of secondary school teachers in secondary biology aging, there is an urgent need for a group of young and energetic teaching leaders to mature as soon as possible to succeed. From another perspective, there are indeed a group of young teachers who are well qualified and have a promising future. To this end, the Department of Biology decided to hold a seminar for young teachers, and to solicit the list of districts and counties. At that time, there were four recommended conditions: (1) love of education; (2) graduation of university biology; (3) under 30 years of age; and (4) development of a future.
