近年来,“制度”与“人文”可谓是学校管理中的两个热词。然而,对“制度”与“人文”的理解,观点不尽相同。有人认为“制度”管理是对人的压制——不能体现对职工的关怀,“人文”管理才是时代所需要的。有人认为“人文”管理首先要考虑并满足的是人的要求,对制度的执行可具体放宽,等等。在“多元价值观”的冲击下,哪里是核心?仿佛不得而知。在公办学校固定分配的体制下,“干多干少、干孬干好一个样”已由来已久。于是,学校的管理让每一个校长直至他的管理团队有过太多的困顿、彷徨和苦恼。今天,假如我们对学校的管理还想作一点思索,那么,“制度”、“人文”是最为紧迫的了,因为我们缺少一些深刻与理性。
