我是一名学校的德育工作者。我深信这样一句话“:德育不好,教育出的是危险品。”我自知德育工作的重要,所以,每项德育工作都认真布置,精心设计。因为我知道哪怕是一个细节也可能关乎一个孩子一生的教育。不知何时起,我喜欢有意无意地关注老师们眼中的“另类”学生。每次,听班会课时,总是期待着短短的40分钟,能让我心中的那个孩子有着醍醐灌顶般的顿悟。可我的热切期盼常常被消融在孩子的无动于衷里。我常常思考:为什么我们的教育在一个小小的孩子面前都变得那么无力?
I am a school moral educator. I am convinced that such a sentence “: moral education is not good, education is dangerous. ” I know the importance of moral education, therefore, each moral education are carefully arranged, well-designed. Because I know that even a detail may also be related to a child’s life education. I do not know when, I like to consciously or unconsciously concerned about teachers in the eyes of “alternative ” students. Each time, listening to class class, always looking forward to a short period of 40 minutes, make that child in my heart has a supreme epiphany. But my eagerness is often absent in children’s indifference. I often think: why our education in the face of a small child have become so weak?
