本文研制了一种Fe-Cr-B合金系堆焊焊条,在焊条配方中主要加入Cr、B,可以有效地提高堆焊层的硬度,同时具有很高的抗裂性。研究表明:X射线分析该合金基体组织主要是马氏体组织和残余奥氏体组织,组织中Cr-Fe相、(Cr,Fe)7C3和Fe23(C,B)6等碳化物、硼化物的高硬度的硬质相均匀地分布在堆焊层上。由于此类硬质相的存在使得合金系的硬度可达65HRC,抗裂性很好。
