用丙烷代替乙炔进行火焰切割是一项重要的节能项目。既可节省大量的电能,又可大大降低成本,经济效益与社会效益十分显著。切割用燃气使用的大多是乙炔,近20年来,国外工业先进国家已从采用单一的乙炔转为采用多种气体作能源,乙炔仅占切割气体的40%,其余均为丙烷及其它石油气体。而我国切割用燃气90%以上是乙炔。切割用燃气种类单一、能源结构不合理是我国切割行业的一大不足。因此,在切割领域应大力发展多能源结构,迅速扩大丙烷在切割行业的应用范围,使切割能源结构趋于合理。
Flame cutting with propane instead of acetylene is an important energy saving project. Can save a lot of electricity, but also greatly reduce costs, economic and social benefits are significant. Most of the gas used for cutting is acetylene. In the past 20 years, advanced countries in foreign countries have switched from adopting single acetylene gas to using multiple gases as their energy source. Acetylene only accounts for 40% of the cutting gas, and the rest are propane and other petroleum gases. In China, more than 90% of cutting gas is acetylene. Cutting a single type of gas, irrational energy structure is a major problem in China’s cutting industry. Therefore, in the field of cutting should be vigorously develop multi-energy structure, the rapid expansion of propane applications in the cutting industry, the cutting energy structure tends to be reasonable.
