I. INTRODUCTION When the two elements interact with each other, they often form compounds if they differ in their chemical properties. If the reaction is carried out between the gas phase and the solid phase, the liquid phase and the solid phase, or between the solid phase and the solid phase, the rate of the reaction is usually determined by the rate of diffusion of the particles of the reactant through the layer of the resulting compound. In [1], we discuss the reaction of the binary system to produce only one compound, and give the formula to calculate the reaction diffusion rate.
