实验测定了大庆、胜利、任丘、大港、孤岛和羊三木等六种原油174个宽、窄馏份油的平均分子量、中沸点、密度、运动粘度等性质,在此基础上提出预测我国石油直馏馏份油平均分子量的四种关联式,并用国内13种原油330组实验数据或10种原油122组实验数据,对相应关联式进行考核,平均相对误差为4.40—6.21%。各关联式形式简单、参数易得、准确性较好。同时用本工作实验数据和国内实验数据,考察了国外常用的计算石油馏份平均分子量的关联式和图表对我国石油馏份的适用性,其平均误差均大于8%。
The average molecular weight, mid-boiling point, density and kinematic viscosity of 174 wide and narrow distillates of six crude oils, including Daqing, Shengli, Renqiu, Dagang, Guandao and Yangmingshan, were determined experimentally. Based on this, Straight-run distillate oil average molecular weight of the four correlations, and with the domestic 13 kinds of crude oil 330 sets of experimental data or 122 sets of 10 crude oil experimental data to assess the corresponding correlation, the average relative error of 4.40-6.21%. The correlation form is simple, easy to get parameters, accuracy is better. At the same time, the experimental data and domestic experimental data are used to investigate the applicability of the correlation formulas and charts which are commonly used in foreign countries to calculate the average molecular weight of petroleum fractions. The average errors are all more than 8%.
