目的探讨不同带宽的预饱和带对正常腰椎信号值大小的影响,以便寻求合适的预饱和带带宽。方法选择上海交通大学附属新华医院(崇明)2016年2月至7月MRI扫描的正常腰椎患者60例,其中男性38例,女性22例;年龄23~65岁,平均年龄45.3岁。采用GE 1.5 T Signa Excite超导MR仪,脊椎专用线圈,行常规矢状位快速翻转快速自旋回波序列T2加权成像(FRFSE T2WI;TR=4 000,TE=90),对其腰椎测量预饱和带带宽为50 mm、65 mm、80 mm、95 mm、110 mm时腰椎椎体信号值大小,计数并进行统计学分析。结果预饱和带宽度为50 mm、65 mm、80 mm、95 mm、110 mm时,腰椎平均信号值分别为212.01±54.48、241.19±65.19、287.63±73.19、252.20±66.11、233.29±61.22。经方差分析,各组间差异有统计学意义(F=207.31,P=0.00),且随着预饱和带带宽的增加,腰椎信号值呈现先上升后下降趋势。结论预饱和带的宽窄对正常腰椎椎体信号值大小有一定影响,选取适当带宽的预饱和带,以便为临床扫描作参考。
Objective To investigate the influence of pre-saturation band with different bandwidths on the signal value of normal lumbar vertebra in order to find suitable pre-saturation bandwidth. Methods Sixty normal lumbar patients with MRI scans from Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University (Chongming) from February 2016 to July 2016 were selected, including 38 males and 22 females. The average age was 45.3 years old, ranging from 23 to 65 years. The lumbar spine measurements were pre-saturated using a GE 1.5 T Signa Excite superconducting MR instrument and a spine-only coil with T2-weighted T2RI (TR = 4 000, TE = 90) With the bandwidth of 50 mm, 65 mm, 80 mm, 95 mm, 110 mm when the signal value of the lumbar vertebral body, counting and statistical analysis. Results The average signal values of the lumbar vertebrae at pre-saturation width of 50 mm, 65 mm, 80 mm, 95 mm and 110 mm were 212.01 ± 54.48, 241.19 ± 65.19, 287.63 ± 73.19, 252.20 ± 66.11 and 233.29 ± 61.22, respectively. By means of analysis of variance, the differences among the groups were statistically significant (F = 207.31, P = 0.00). With the increase of the pre-saturation bandwidth, the lumbar signal value increased at first and then decreased. Conclusions The width of pre-saturation zone has certain influence on the signal value of normal lumbar vertebra, and the pre-saturation zone with appropriate bandwidth is selected to make reference for clinical scanning.
