我科于1978年11月至1980年9月在动物实验的基础上,采用钛合金机械加工制作人工牙,在颌骨内种植79例。年龄17～20岁37例,21～30岁42例。牙根形态有四型,即分叉型5例、洞孔型4例、螺旋型3例、锚式型67例。植入部位在下颌第一磨牙区64例,下颌前磨牙区9例,上颌前磨牙区2例,下颌第二磨牙区4例。植入后一周内有局部炎症反应4例,经消炎后 Our department from November 1978 to September 1980 on the basis of animal experiments, the use of titanium alloy machining artificial teeth, 79 cases planted in the jaw. 37 cases were aged 17 to 20 years and 42 cases were 21 to 30 years old.
