我厂生产小型无缝钢管的76毫米轧管机组,原有斜辊穿孔机一台和自动轧管机一台,管坯经穿孔和轧制2~3道后,就作为冷拔用的毛管送往冷拔工段拔制。这种毛管的缺点是:壁厚不均、内划道、椭圆和耳子,直接影响冷拔钢管的质量。我厂于1963年2月增设了一台均整机,在热轧作业线上,经轧管机轧制后的毛管即送均整机均整,之后再转移到冷拔工段。经过生产实践和不断改进,钢管的质量获得提高,设备使用情况良好。 (一)设备情况: 这台均整机是利用一台闲置的穿孔机来改造的,它也是76轧管机组的定型设备。所作的改造是,万向接轴由原长1.364米改为4.444米,以及与此相应的进料槽、出料
