目的: 分析抑癌基因表达产物p15蛋白在肺癌组织中阳性表达情况. 方法: 采用人p15蛋白多克隆抗体以免疫组织化学SABC染色方法检测肺癌组织病理切片. 结果: p15蛋白阳性表达于部分肺癌组织细胞核或细胞质中,93例病理切片染色后得出不同类型肺癌组织的阳性表达率:肺鳞癌52.0% (26/50),肺腺癌60.0% (9/15),小细胞肺癌28.6% (8/28). 分化程度高的肺鳞癌和肺腺癌组织p15蛋白阳性表达率分别高于分化程度低的两种肺癌组织(P< 0.05). 结论: 抑癌基因表达产物p15蛋白阳性表达于多种类型肺癌组织,肺鳞癌与肺腺癌组织阳性表达率与其分化程度有关.
4. Objective : To analyze the positive expression of p15 protein, a tumor suppressor gene expression product in lung cancer. METHOD: Human lung adenocarcinoma pathological section was detected by immunohistochemical SABC staining with human p15 polyclonal antibody. RESULTS: p15 protein was positively expressed in the nucleus or cytoplasm of some lung cancer tissues. The positive expression rate of different types of lung cancer tissues was obtained after staining in pathological sections of 93 cases: lung squamous cell carcinoma, 52.0% (26/50), and lung adenocarcinoma 60. 0% (9/15), 28.6% of small cell lung cancer (8/28). The positive expression rate of p15 protein in lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma with high differentiation was higher than that in lung cancer tissues with low differentiation (P<0.05). Conclusion: The p15 protein, a tumor suppressor gene expression product, is positively expressed in many types of lung cancer tissues. The positive expression rate of lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma is related to its degree of differentiation.
