用一间普通饲养室改建成裸鼠繁育室,面积为11m~2,缓冲间4m~2。缓冲间与繁育室之间是铝合金手拉式门和玻璃隔墙,门窗密封,缓冲间内装有电子灭菌灯。繁育室铺有马赛克地面,墙壁涂有防水、防酸涂料,内装有窗式空调、暖气、定时送排风装置,送排风口装有初效过滤膜。温度为28±2℃,相对湿度为40—60％,人工采光12h/日,通风为1次/h,0.5h/次,将引入的BALB/c裸鼠2对饲养在隔离器中,共繁殖4代,20窝,产仔143只;NC系裸鼠繁殖7窝,产仔46只,每月采集饲料、垫料、饮水、被毛、壁拭子、粪便培养48h,培养结果无SPF级动物须排除的细菌。送动物一对去中科院动物中心检测,细菌、病毒、寄生虫均为阴性,符合SPF标准。将海拉细胞2×10~5、肝癌细胞株(BEL—7402)肝癌细胞5×10~6移植于裸鼠颈部支下和右腋下,生长良好,BGC胃癌细胞亦在裸鼠身上成活生长。
