At present, Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) in silicosis patients has been involved in the field of cells, signal transduction pathway [1]. Classical antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD) or glutathione peroxidase can reduce lung oxidative stress injury, but the effect is not satisfactory [2]. With the development of science and technology, another important antioxidant enzyme, heme oxygenase (HO) -1, has been discovered.
